Internal Credit Program

This option allows credit unions to handle everything on their own, in conjunction with their data processing system. This integrated solution offers instant access to cardholder data. You control virtually all aspects of the card program including member service, collections and statement generation.

Self-Administered Program

With this program, you do the marketing, fund the loans and own the receivables - all while saving money by managing collections, controlling loan losses and handling back-office administration.  You decide the program terms that you want to offer your members.

Instant Issue

Michigan credit unions can enhance the card experience for members through an Instant Issue process.  Instant Issue leads to increased activation and member education ultimately that drives interchange revenue every time a member uses the card.

Through our partnership with Richardson Business Solutions, your credit union will be able to reduce mail costs by producing credit, debit and prepaid plastic cards "on-the-spot", eliminating the wait time for members, and allowing them to select their own PIN and activate the card for immediate use.

And should a member find themselves in a situation where a card is lost or stolen, you can immediately address their needs with Instant Issue.

Our partnership can provide your credit union with the software and system components to run a successful, secure and Visa/MasterCard compliant Instant Issue program in-house.
