David Adams, CEO
Dave Adams is the Chief Executive Officer of the Michigan Credit Union League and CU Solutions Group. The MCUL is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan and the CUSG office is located in Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. Adams joined the Michigan Credit Union League in August of 1997. Prior to accepting the position with Michigan, Dave was president and CEO of the Washington Credit Union League and LSI, Inc. for six years. He also served on the staff of the Utah Credit Union League for eight years, the last three as President/CEO. A native of Utah, Adams received a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah before earning his M.B.A. from Utah State University.
During his 33-year credit union career Adams has held numerous board seats with companies like Magic Line, Inc. and NYCE Corporation, both regional ATM companies, and has served on both former Governor Jennifer Granholm's Council of Economic Advisors, as well as current Governor Rick Snyder’s Council of Labor and Economic Growth.
Through CU Solutions Group, an affiliate company servicing credit unions nationwide, Adams was instrumental in the creation of Invest in America (now Love My Credit Union Rewards), a program that fueled growth for domestic auto companies and helped increase new vehicle loans for credit unions, during and after the financial crisis of 2007-2010.
This award-winning program helped credit unions add value for credit union members with exclusive member discounts on GM, Sprint, Intuit and Liberty Mutual products, as well as an array of other companies' offerings.
Other recent innovations by the MCUL and Affiliates include the nationally recognized Save to Win program which helps people of modest means save via a prize raffle structure.
In 2012, Dave Adams was named the Financial Services Champion by the Small Business Administration and received both the Michigan state award as well as the national recognition.

Drew Egan, COO/CFO, CU Solutions GroupDrew Egan joined MCUL & Affiliates on January 4, 1998. He currently serves as COO/CFO of CU Solutions Group, a credit union CUSO which serves 3,600 credit unions and their 80 million members in 48 states. Drew also serves on the executive management team of the Michigan Credit Union League and Affiliates. CU Solutions Group’s headquarters is located in Livonia, Michigan. Prior to coming to Michigan he served as Executive Vice President/COO of the Utah League of Credit Unions where he had operational responsibility for the League and Service Corporation serving in this capacity for six years.
In addition to his responsibilities as COO, Drew served as President/CEO of ACCESS 24, Utah's credit union ATM network. Drew holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Finance from the University of Utah. Drew has been married for 36 years to his wife Carolyn. They have six children and 9 grandchildren. Drew's volunteer activities have included serving in various capacities with Boys and Girls Clubs, the Boy Scouts of America, Jr. Achievement Business for Youth, Habitat for Humanity, Michigan Special Olympics and the Arizona State Prison Mentor Program. Other interests include flying (private pilot), motorcycling, music, sports, reading, family activities and most of all boating.

Alan D Augustine, SVP, Michigan Solutions
Alan Augustine is Senior Vice President of the Michigan Solutions & Product Development divisions of CU Solutions Group. Alan joined CUSG after serving the past 22 years at the University of Michigan Credit Union where he was CIO, responsible for technology and facilities areas. Prior experience was gained during his 11 years with the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer where he worked his way through college starting as a midnight computer operator and leading to management responsibilities.
During his career, Alan has lead several industry prominent initiatives including the first ever electronically submitted NDA (New Drug Application) to the FDA while at Pfizer, and most recently, the internally developed Virtual Branch technology for the University of Michigan Credit Union. The Virtual Branch initiative earned the CUNA technology award in 2016. Alan founded the Symitar Midwest Users Group, which became the template for the core provider’s user groups nationally.
Alan has actively contributed to credit union advocacy including sitting on the CUES Michigan Board of Directors. Alan served as a part-time faculty member for Washtenaw Community College for several years and was a member of their technology advisory committee. Alan is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he majored in Management within Business Administration.
Alan and his wife Eileen met in high school, and currently live in Chelsea, Michigan where they raised their three children. Alan enjoys the great outdoors; hunting, fishing and hiking. He enjoys spending time with his family and dabbles in wood carving.

Ken Ross, President/COO, MCUL & Affiliates
Ken has extensive experience working in the political and regulatory arenas at the state and national level with an emphasis on the financial service sector.
Ken serves as the President/COO of the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates. He is primarily responsible for the association’s affiliation efforts, federal and state advocacy relationships and all association functions. Ken is also the primary liaison to Credit Union System organizations, such as CUNA and AACUL for MCUL & Affiliates. He serves on several credit union system working groups and committees.
Ken has a broad range of financial service industry experience. In 2008 he was appointed Commissioner, serving as the Chief Financial Regulator for Michigan, leading the agency of over 350 staff and a budget of over $50 million during the financial turmoil that upended economies around the globe. Prior to his appointment, he spent five years is various executive positions with the Office of Financial & Insurance Services. As Commissioner, Ken served on numerous NAIC, CSBS and NASCUS working groups and committees.
He served as Assistant General Counsel for Citizens Republic Bancorp from 2011-2013, leading their Consumer Compliance and CRA team along with helping negotiate and operationalize a DOJ fair lending settlement agreement, which he administered for the bank.
Ken also previously served as the MCUL Regulatory Affairs Director and spent three years working on re-codifying the Michigan Credit Union Act, which remains one of the most progressive state credit union acts in the nation. He again led the effort to substantially update the Michigan Credit Union Act in 2016.
Ken graduated from U of M-Dearborn, double-majoring in Philosophy and Political Science. He started working in the State House on insurance, banking, local government and election law in 1991. He attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School at night and earned his law degree, cum laude, then took a job as an Assistant Attorney General, working as a litigator in the Tort Defense Division.

Aaron Adams, SVP, HR Performance Solutions
Aaron Adams is Senior Vice President of the Performance Solutions division of CU Solutions Group. Prior to this position, Aaron most recently served as a management consultant at CU Solutions Group where he worked with senior management teams and their boards of directors to develop strategic plans that would best fit their organization. The strategic planning process included a focus on helping organizations maximize the value delivered by their most important asset: their people.
Aaron has nearly ten years of total experience in the credit union industry and has served in a wide variety of positions. In addition to his experience in the credit union industry, Aaron has worked for the Detroit office of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served on the audit teams of Domino's Pizza, Ford Motor Company, and CMS Energy.
Aaron has earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, holds a B.S. in Accountancy, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tim Bohlman, SVP, Technology Solutions; President/COO, LifeStep Solutions
Tim Bohlman is senior vice president of Technology and Marketing Solutions for CU Solutions Group, where he oversees reinvention of the Love My Credit Union program, Marketing Solutions through Focus IQ, and all web development and implements new software and Internet technologies including the MCUL/CU Solutions Group Intranet and websites as well as numerous credit union websites.
Prior to joining CU Solutions Group, he worked for the Oakland University Mathematics Department performing research and programming dynamic systems. Tim received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Oakland University in 1995.
Tim also sits on the board for FocusIQ, a joint venture with Duffey Petrosky, which was created to deliver more robust marketing solutions to credit unions across the country.
He resides in Livonia with his son, Josh.

Lisa Rizk, SVP, Membership Enhancements & National Sales
Lisa Rizk is senior vice president of Membership Enhancements and National Sales, where she manages all sales and marketing activities for various divisions, partners and products. Lisa also works closely with CU Solutions Group’s business partners to ensure the brand is upheld in the marketplace on a local, regional and national level.
Previously, as Director of Sales & Marketing for CUcorp and CU Village.com, Lisa worked with credit unions and leagues nationally on researching, consulting, implementing and marketing e-business and other technology-related products and services.
She has earned her MBA from Davenport University in 2006 with a specialty in marketing, and holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Central Michigan University.
Lisa is a member of the American Management Association, the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit and the American Marketing Association.

Kevin S. O’Connor, SVP, Marketing Solutions
Holding his first credit union position as a high school co-op student, he’s dedicated the majority of his professional career to the credit union movement. Progressively working his way through the industry, Kevin has performed roles in computer operations, accounting, finance and investments, and held his first position as a credit union CEO at the age of 31.
After establishing his foundation with a successful credit union career, Kevin launched a consulting firm to leverage his strategic planning, business development and marketing expertise to drive achievement of strategic goals for companies of all sizes and in diverse industries.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University. He and his wife of more than 30 years, Donna, reside in Shelby Township, MI and have two adult daughters. He and Donna enjoy spending time with their granddaughter, golfing, cooking and travelling.
