CUSG TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC,
2021 YEAR IN REVIEW
2021 was a crucial year for CUSG Technology Solutions. The division worked diligently
to reinvent all of its core solutions, including the release of new platforms for our
Design & Build clients and the development and release of additional products to
the market. The division pushed forward with several key product enhancements
and established partnerships and investments to better position CUSG and its
clients for the future of remote delivery and cyber security.
Early in the year, CUSG completed development on Video Banking. Soon after, the
integration of DocuSign into that platform began in response to client feedback.
The division later completed the launch of CU PolicyPro and RecoveryPro and
Design & Build platforms for League InfoSight, and then migrated over 3,500 credit
unions to this new and innovative system. Technology Solutions also completed
the technical execution of new Auto, Internet, and Tax Solutions under Love My
Credit Union Rewards. The project was finished on time and below budget.
Later in the year, Technology Solutions executed on a 21 percent investment into
Think|Stack, a premier provider of cybersecurity, cloud, and collaboration services.
Credit unions can leverage these solutions to enhance and manage their online
risk, granularly monitor their systems, and offer innovative solutions through AWS.
While these are all important additions, we’ve remained committed to providing
safe, attractive, and intuitive web design and hosting services to roughly 400 clients
nationwide. Along with ADA digital compliance services powered by AudioEye,
Technology Solutions reinvented its CMS platform in 2021. The system and
framework were completely rewritten to enable cutting-edge services for clients
and members well into the future.
Looking ahead, Technology Solutions will add new features and updates to the
CMS to further enhance the user experience. We will also be working to integrate
many email marketing and CRM platforms for tighter credit union data integration
and a better overall member experience. Finally, we look to further enhance our
new, secure video streaming and banking platform.
