Through the HR Performance Solutions integrated software suite, HR
professionals from nearly 2,000 companies are implementing programs to
engage, retain, and develop over 200,000 employees across the United
States.
HR Performance Solutions serves customers in more than 50 different
industries, including credit unions, municipalities, and universities. The
core software products are Performance Pro, Compease, and The Learning
Center.
Performance Pro is a performance management software application that
helps managers and employees conduct performance evaluations, regular
check-ins, goal-setting sessions, and career development plan meetings. The
software has robust customization capability to match the desired process
of the end client, allowing them to reach their performance management
objectives.
Compease is a compensation management software application that helps
the HR function establish salary ranges for all positions through a fair,
consistent, and transparent methodology. Salary ranges are established
by accounting for both external market conditions and internal conditions,
ensuring similar positions are placed in similar ranges so that informed
base-pay decisions can be made.
The Learning Center is a learning management platform with over 100
proprietary courses. In addition, there are up to 2,000 soft-skill courses that
users can add via our OEM partnership with national provider, Skillsoft. The
Learning Center also auto-assigns courses based on performance scores
in Performance Pro or as part of a career development plan.
