CUSG TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC,
2020 YEAR IN REVIEW
2020 was an especially pivotal year for CUSG Technology Solutions as the
coronavirus pandemic made it increasingly difficult to rely on brick-and-
mortar services alone. In response, the division pushed forward with several
key product enhancements and established partnerships and investments to
better position CUSG and its clients for the future state of banking.

Early in the year, CUSG partnered with Abrigo on its Paycheck Protection
Program solution to help credit unions address the needs of small business
borrowers. The division later partnered with SilverCloud on a solution that
provides credit unions access to remote technologies such as automated
member and employee support and launched a partnership with Pocketnest
to offer a white-labeled financial budgeting tool designed for mobile-first
consumers — especially Gen-X and millennial members.
Later in the year, Technology Solutions executed on a 49 percent investment
into CalcXML, a premiere provider of customized financial tools and a
proprietary Financial Stability Index (FIST). Credit unions can leverage these
resources to deliver snapshots of a member’s financial risk exposure in four
areas: retirement, protection, liquidity and debt management.
While these are all important additions, we’ve remained committed to providing
safe, attractive and intuitive web design and hosting services to roughly 400
clients nationwide. Along with ADA digital compliance services powered by
AudioEye, Technology Solutions upgraded its hosting platform, transitioning
to new servers and establishing a more robust, high-availability and secure
environment.
Looking ahead, Technology Solutions will be adding new features and updated
dashboards to further enhance the user experience of our CMS. Part of that
will include a new, secure video stream and banking platform.
