CUSG PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS LLC,
2020 YEAR IN REVIEW
This past year, CUSG Performance Solutions accomplished across-the-board
integration of its HR products, which fueled growth and helped credit unions
address the challenges of a sudden remote work environment and purely
remote member service.
An advantageous acquisition in 2020 was The Learning Center, a learning
management system built to boost talent, employee satisfaction and career
advancement that also includes regulatory and compliance training. A
previous partnership with Canada-based parent company CU Training quickly
demonstrated that this platform would fit perfectly with our existing HR
performance suite. The acquisition also opened a door to the Canadian market
for both the Performance Solutions divisions and CUSG at-large. Moving into
2021, Performance Solutions and CUBE TV Studios will collaborate to enhance
and develop additional content.
New integration functionality between The Learning Center and Performance
Pro allows credit unions to tie courses to specific competencies and skills that
employees are developing in their current position as well as the position they
hope to attain in the future. This maximizes the value organizations see from
both their learning and performance management systems. Further integration
with Compease means Performance Solutions now offers a full HR suite of
integrated products addressing HR priorities from strategic planning to talent
development—one of the only fully integrated suites in the marketplace.
Performance Solutions will continue to provide purpose-driven compensation
and performance management software to help credit unions support a culture
of engaged and effective team members—no matter where they’re working.
