          2020 YEAR IN REVIEW






          Playing to its strengths, CUSG Strategic Advisory Solutions quickly developed
          an array of scalable digital consulting tools that could easily transition to hybrid
          options as credit unions’ needs have continued to evolve at a rapid pace over the
          past year. Its consultative, client-centric approach continues to help credit unions
          overcome challenges in the areas of leadership, strategy and risk management.


          The virtual consulting site eAdvisory proved to be a safe and accessible way
          for credit unions of all sizes to benefit from Strategic Advisory’s planning and
          risk management expertise during the pandemic. The more than 30 resources
          include templates, DIY event and training kits, hybrid training seminars, required
          compliance training bundles and digital downloads. Eleven videos were produced
          for the free Compliance Cares series and a Knocking COVID-19 Out of the
          Workplace staff training kit was deployed with a video addressing CDC-
          recommended topics.  A successful governance, risk and compliance forum
          and other online events are proving the versatility of these solutions and the
          need in the industry for expert consulting during a tumultuous time.

          CU Risk Intelligence hosts the leading GRC platforms for credit unions —

          AffirmX , ComplySight  and CU Vendor Management. Efforts in 2020 were
          focused on COVID-related regulatory amendments, development of new and
          enhanced risk assessments, and increased risk management and compliance
          availability through more league partners. Improved support was given to users
          and authorized resellers with how-to videos, newsletters and group meetings.

          Our experts continue to collaborate with leaders to drive change, help make
          tough decisions and implement key development strategies. Their high energy,
          dedication and conviction that credit unions can come through the current
          challenges stronger continues to serve client credit unions well.
