Out of the four Directors up for re-election, David Snodgrass, Annette Zimmerman and
       Karen Church informed CEO Dave Adams they will be stepping down at the end of
       their terms.


       Additionally, John Buckley informed CEO Dave Adams that he will be stepping down
       from his term, which is slated to expire at CUSG’s Annual Shareholder Meeting in 2022
       and has set his resignation date to be effective as of June 3, 2021, at this year’s CUSG

       Annual Shareholder Meeting.

       Self-nominating forms were sent to CU Solutions Group shareholders with a return due
       date of May 3, 2021.


       Shareholders Heather Luciani, CEO of Marshall Community CU; Patty Campbell, CEO
       of Christian Financial CU; Chrissy Siders, CEO of True Community CU and Julie Kreinbring,
       CEO of Zeal CU, self-nominated to run for the open director positions. The MCUL Board

       of Directors authorized to appoint the newly appointed MCUL President/CEO Patty
       Corkery to serve the remaining one-year CUSG Director term as one of the two MCUL
       board appointed designates on the CU Solutions Group board.


       Since enough individuals self-nominated for the open Director positions, the chair, using
       the proxies that he holds, nominates the following individuals:

       • Chrissy Siders, CEO of True Community CU

       • Heather Luciani, CEO of Marshall Community CU
       • Julie Kreinbring, CEO of Zeal CU
       • Patty Campbell, CEO of Christian Financial CU
       • Patty Corkery, CEO of Michigan Credit Union League (remaining one-year open term)
