FOUR CU SOLUTIONS GROUP DIRECTORS ARE UP FOR ELECTION IN 2020
Self-nominating forms were sent to CU Solutions Group shareholders with a return due
date of May 12, 2020.

Out of the four directors up for reelection, Bill Lawton, Jackie Buchanan, Pete Dzuris
and Scott McFarland all expressed interest in seeking reelection.

Since enough individuals had self-nominated for the four open director positions,
the chair, using the proxies that he holds, nominates the following individuals:
