David Adams, President/CEODave Adams is the president/chief executive officer of CU Solutions Group (CUSG). A native of Utah, Adams earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah before earning an M.B.A. from Utah State University. During his 37-year credit union career, Adams has held numerous board seats with companies like Magic Line, Inc. and NYCE Corporation—both regional ATM companies, and has served on both former Governor Jennifer Granholm's Council of Economic Advisors, as well as Governor Rick Snyder's Council of Labor and Economic Growth. Through CU Solutions Group, the national league service corporation of the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL) & Affiliates, Adams was instrumental in the creation of Invest in America (now Love My Credit Union Rewards) – a program that fueled growth for domestic auto companies and helped increase new vehicle loans for credit unions during and after the financial crisis of 2007-2010. This award-winning program helped credit unions add value for credit union members with exclusive member discounts on products and services from GM, Sprint, Intuit and Tracfone, as well as an array of other companies' offerings. Other recent innovations by Adams and MCUL and Affiliates include the nationally recognized Save to Win, a prize-linked savings program that incentivizes smart savings habits via a risk-free prize raffle structure. Through CUSG, he has also been instrumental in the investment of respected product brands that help credit unions serve, grow and remain strong, including Performance Pro, Compease, CUBE TV Studios, and MemberXP. David Dean, Chief Operating Officer, Marketing SolutionsDavid Dean is Chief Operating Officer of Marketing Solutions for CU Solutions Group, where he oversees Professional Media & Creative Services, GSTV, Save to Win and the Love My Credit Union Rewards program, which has empowered more than 3,000 credit unions to help more than 3.5 million members save over $1 billion. David is also responsible for identifying and assessing opportunities to advance the company’s near– and long-term goals through strategic acquisitions, corporate partnerships and alliances, and digital product design. Prior to joining CU Solutions Group, David was Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development at CU Wallet. Before professionally joining the credit union movement, David was a Vice President with Turner, where he was responsible for strategic partnerships and the development and acquisition of original content for the truTV network. David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Ext. 268

Ken Ross, President/COO, MCUL & AffiliatesKen has extensive experience working in the political and regulatory arenas at the state and national level with an emphasis on the financial service sector. Ken serves as the President/COO of the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates. He is primarily responsible for the association’s affiliation efforts, federal and state advocacy relationships and all association functions. Ken is also the primary liaison to Credit Union System organizations, such as CUNA and AACUL for MCUL & Affiliates. He serves on several credit union system working groups and committees. Ken has a broad range of financial service industry experience. In 2008 he was appointed Commissioner, serving as the Chief Financial Regulator for Michigan, leading the agency of over 350 staff and a budget of over $50 million during the financial turmoil that upended economies around the globe. Prior to his appointment, he spent five years is various executive positions with the Office of Financial & Insurance Services. As Commissioner, Ken served on numerous NAIC, CSBS and NASCUS working groups and committees. He served as Assistant General Counsel for Citizens Republic Bancorp from 2011-2013, leading their Consumer Compliance and CRA team along with helping negotiate and operationalize a DOJ fair lending settlement agreement, which he administered for the bank. Ken also previously served as the MCUL Regulatory Affairs Director and spent three years working on re-codifying the Michigan Credit Union Act, which remains one of the most progressive state credit union acts in the nation. He again led the effort to substantially update the Michigan Credit Union Act in 2016. Ken graduated from U of M-Dearborn, double-majoring in Philosophy and Political Science. He started working in the State House on insurance, banking, local government and election law in 1991. He attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School at night and earned his law degree, cum laude, then took a job as an Assistant Attorney General, working as a litigator in the Tort Defense Division. Ext. 405 |

Brandi Stankovic, Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Operating Officer, Advisory SolutionsDr. Brandi Stankovic is an organizational change expert, motivational speaker, professor, artist and mommy who inspires firms globally with her models of leadership, engagement, and award-winning education. She is the chief strategy officer at CU Solutions Group. In this role, she is driving nationwide consulting services, inspiring firms globally with her models of leadership, advising CEOs and Boards on risk and organizational health, and speaking to audiences from across the globe.Dr. Stankovic is the coauthor of The Strategic MVP, a book of 52 growth and leadership tools and the host of the energizing podcast, The Strategic Hotbox, designed to help executives reach their greatest potential. Prior to CUSG, Dr. Stankovic was the Managing Partner of Mitchell Stankovic & Associates, Vice President of Marketing and Administration for Ventura County Credit Union and the Director of Education at Harland. Dr. Stankovic is the World Young Credit Union Professionals Committee chair and US Ambassador for the Global Women's Leadership Network, World Council of Credit Unions, helping advance young executives and women in leadership across the globe. She is also serves on the CMN Hospitals Credit Unions for Kids advisory group, HRD Network Board, CUSG Executive Search Board, University of Nevada Alumni Advisory Committee, and is a Development Educator CUDE and I-CUDE. She is the recipient of the National Credit Union Foundation’s DE Individual Achievement Award 2017, Credit Union Times Under 40 Trailblazer 2016, California Nevada Credit Union League Tomorrow’s Star 2015, MAC Gold Award Financial Literacy and Community Outreach 2015, and the HRD Network Outstanding CU Professional 2014. Dr. Stankovic received her Bachelors in Finance and Economics at University of Nevada, Masters of Business Administration from University of San Diego and Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.

Aaron Adams, Chief Operating Officer, Performance Solutions, LLCAaron Adams is Chief Operating Officer of Performance Solutions, LLC, which is a SaaS team primarily focused in the HR software business. The team works extensively in the credit union space but does most of its business outside the credit union space as HR Performance Solutions. Under Aaron’s leadership, the team has exceeded growth targets over the past five years and continues to see strong sales performance. Among the newest clients are Red Lobster, Ohio State University, and San Diego County Credit Union. Prior to this leadership role, Aaron has worked for the Detroit office of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served on the audit teams of Domino's Pizza, Ford Motor Company, and CMS Energy. Aaron has earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, holds a B.S. in Accountancy, and earned licensure as a Certified Public Accountant. Ext. 294 |

Tim Bohlman, Chief Operating Officer, Technology Solutions & Chief Technology Officer, CU Solutions GroupTim Bohlman is chief operating officer of Technology Solutions and chief technology officer for CU Solutions Group, where he oversees all mobile and web development and implements new software and Internet technologies including the MCUL/CU Solutions Group Intranet and websites as well as numerous credit union websites. Prior to joining CU Solutions Group, he worked for the Oakland University Mathematics Department performing research and programming dynamic systems. Tim received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Oakland University in 1995. He resides in Livonia with his son, Josh. Ext. 260 |

Lisa Rizk, Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Operating Officer, MCULSCLisa Rizk is chief revenue officer and chief operating officer, where she manages all sales and marketing activities for various divisions, partners and products. Lisa also works closely with CU Solutions Group’s business partners to ensure the brand is upheld in the marketplace on a local, regional and national level. Previously, as Director of Sales & Marketing for CUcorp and CU Village.com, Lisa worked with credit unions and leagues nationally on researching, consulting, implementing and marketing e-business and other technology-related products and services. She has earned her MBA from Davenport University in 2006 with a specialty in marketing, and holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Central Michigan University. Lisa is a member of the American Management Association, the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit and the American Marketing Association. Ext. 539 |
